Sample topics for 6 study group meetings:

1. Introduction to homeopathic principles. Like cures like. How to study remedy pictures.
2. Definition of  disease, its causes and symptoms.  Remedies for acute otitis media (ear infection) and pharingitis (sore throat) .
3. What to notice in a case – common symptoms versus characteristic. Remedies for acute influenza, fever, and cough.
4. Curing the disease versus suppression. Remedies for digestive troubles, diarrhea, vomiting, and food poisoning.
5. How to observe symptoms  (in others and ourselves). Remedies for injuries – sprains, strains, bruises, cuts, fractures.
6. Topics and remedies to cover also may include woman’s health (PMS, hot flashes, etc), childhood maladies (colic, teething, etc), urinary infection (cystitis), temporary skin diseases (burns, poison oak, insect bites), and other areas of interest of the participants of the study group.
